Founder and president Alicia Ariatti brings more than two decades of event and project management and meeting facilitation experience to Destination Lou clients.
Certified in Project Management (PMP), she is able to pull together the diverse pieces of your event and turn them into an authentic experience.
Alicia began her career in San Francisco with one of the largest event management companies in the nation, designing tours, conferences, and supplemental programs for a worldwide client base. It was there that she learned the nuts and bolts of event and conference management.
Calling Louisville home since 2010, Alicia has immersed herself into the city in roles as program and event manager with Leadership Louisville and more recently as founder and president of Ariatti Advising, providing facilitation, project management, and meeting/event production for Louisville-based clients. Destination Lou, Alicia’s newest venture, is a natural extension as she combine her expertise in event management with her love of Louisville to provide destination management services.
